That’s why we now offer SMS support as one of the ways you can connect with our team. While we can’t offer legal advice, we’re here to help you navigate the Willful platform, understand your estate planning documents, and complete your will or power of attorney with confidence.

Getting Support by SMS

Text SUPPORT to (833) 955-4057 to open a ticket with our team. We respond as quickly as possible during business hours.

Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time
Inquiries outside of business hours will be answered the next business day.

Note: To receive SMS support, you must be subscribed to receive text messages from Willful. If you don't have an account with us yet—or haven’t opted in—you may not be able to use this feature. In that case, please reach out via live chat or email at support@willful.co.

You may receive SMS messages from Willful for the following reasons:

  • Help with onboarding and check-ins
